How to treat pimples?

Author: I have several pimples that pop up recently and i don't know when to pop them since I heard it will leave a scar permanently on your face. It's not acne though but I think it's because of eating too much fried stuff in the past several days.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the pimples naturally without leaving scars?
O, i'm 20 btw so does that age cause more hormone fluctuation which lead to more pimples?
pick top of pimple and only squeeze white stuff out...bleeding causes scabbibg which can lead to scarring.
in these areas...
forehead=stress
nose/cheeks=oily skin
around mouth= hormones
Drink a lot of water..cut back on soda and greasy food.
Also..
-Alternate face washes...your skin tends to get prone to facial cleansers.
I have bad acne and this is what I do, If I keep up with the routine my skin stays clear...
Regular Bar Soap every morning (Irish Spring)
Cetaphil at night for a week
St. Ives Apricot Scrub; blemish & black head control the next week

If you want to do it naturally try a cleanser/soap that does not leave a residue. Then use Witch Hazel as a toner. The follow up with something that has willow bark in it because that contains salycilic acid an ingrediet in man acne products. You will have to get this at a natural food store.
