Use tea tree oil. Can be bought at any drugstore or Walmart or GNC. Cleanse your face first, never rub it, allow to dry with very little patting, then use a cotton ball and swipe with the tea tree oil. This disinfects the skin and keeps it moisturized at the same time. Let dry and keep your hands off your face after that. Do at least twice a day. The important thing is cleanliness, so be sure to try not to touch unless your hands are very very clean. Good luck.

Getting good hydration, sufficient sleep, rinsing your face frequently throughout the day , and sleeping on a fresh pillowcase every night will help in getting/maintaining healthy skin. A well balanced diet is also essential.

mate the absolute best thing is drinking 2-3 litres of water a day. i did this for ages and my skin was acne free and glowing.
zinc tablets are also meant to be beneficial
