what are the measures for Acne patients in their homes should take care?
Cleaning the Skin.Directed against The characteristics of oily skin,We should use Neutral-alkaline soap to wash in the morning and evening,after with both hands and gently massage face 3-5 minutes,So that to enhance the effectiveness of decontamination,and then with warm water to clean and completely remove the dust and Grease stain on skin.If there are many dust and grease stain on our face,we should wash with warm water in time.Usually that is appropriate to wash 2-3 times per day.

Yo he sufrido mucho de acne y lo unico q me sirvio es hacer una rutina diaria hasta q algundia se te quite. Debes comprar una crema llamada BENZAC AC 10% y un bloquiador solar mayor de FP 30 y lo que debes de hacer es:
1.lavarte la cara diario antes de acostarce todos los dia sin falta.
2. secar bien la cara y esperar 10 minutos para q desaparesca la humedad de tu cara
3. aplicar el BENZAC AC 10% EN TODA LA CARA
4. CUANDO TE LEVANTES NO DEJES Q EL SOL TE DE EN LA CARA CON LA CREMA PUESTA, DEBES LAVARTE Y LUEGO HECHARTE EL BLOQUIADOR SOLAR
Nota: El bloquiador solar te lo debes hechar cada vez q te enjuagues la cara excepto cuando vas a dormir.
Es recomendable lavarce almenos 3 veces la cara al dia.
Haslo juiciosamente durante quince dias y veras los resultados.
Cuando duermas deja q tu cara quede libre y no la cubras con la almohada o con la sabana para q halla una mejor oxigenacion
