Are there any home acne remedies?

Author: I've tried every product out there. None of them have worked for me. & I can't buy the expensive stuff.
So are there any home remedies out there that get rid of acne?
These are simple...I use them about once every two weeks to maintain clear skin.
Mix:
2 tablespoons yogurt (plain)
1 teaspoon lemon (or lime) juice.
-mix thoroughly and spread over face. Leave on 3-5 minutes, than rinse.
Another one is creating a mixture of salt water. Boil a cup of water (it'll end up being about a 1/2 cup), put in bowl and mix in 3-5 tablespoons of salt. Wash face thoroughly using a washcloth soaked in the solution.
