Acne Home-Remedies Anyone?

Author: k..before you say "buy proactiv" you have to realize, i have tried that, and every other thing. i have a dr.'s prescription, but i am out, and can't get a new one for a month. My face has gotten ALOT worse, and i was wondering if any of you out there had some free, home-remedies for my acne. i just want to help prevent, and possibly clear up my acne until i get my prescription. i am 14, and very embarrassed by my face right now.

gently rinse and wash your face every morning or whenever you use the washroom
and avoid eating foods that seem to cause acne
